LICENSING RIGHTS FOR CONTENT CREATORS:

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ENCODED MP3 FILE OF THE TAGGED SONG. THE SONG FILE CAN BE DELIVERED DIGITALLY THROUGH EMAIL. LEASING RIGHTS ALLOW YOU TO USE THE BEAT FOR FILM, BACKGROUND MUSIC, PODCAST AUDIO PROMO, MOVIES, YOUTUBE CONTENT, AND FOR BACKGROUND MUSIC DURING GAMING. LICENSED BEATS ARE ONLY FOR NON-PROFIT, PROMOTIONAL USE AND/OR DEMOS ONLY. LICENSEING BEATS ARE NOT TO BE USED FOR SONG CREATION PURPOSE. IF YOU WANT TO CREATE SONGS GO TO OUR BEAT STORE AND PURCHASE ONE OF OUR EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS BEATS. ONCE YOU'VE LICENSED A BEAT YOU HAVE AGREED TO A NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS AGREEMENT TO THE BEAT. YOU MUST HOWEVER GIVE FULL CREDIT TO BEATS BY CED PRDUCTIONS ON ALL SYNC USEAGE (FILM, MOVIE, PODCAST AUDIO, YOUTUBE CONTENT ETC.) UPON PURCHASING LICENSING RIGHTS, BEATS BY CED STILL OWNS THE MASTER BEAT(S) AND HAS THE RIGHT TO LICENSE THE BEAT(S) TO ANY OTHER PARTY AT OUR DISCRETION.
 

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
 

You will receive a MP3 file of the beat (or song), tagged or a copy of the WAV file, along with track out stems of the beat instrumental with your exclusive purchase. The song file can be delivered digitally through email via Wetransfar or Dropbox. Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, professionally mix and master the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You cannot alter the beat unless given permission to do so by Beats by Ced Productions. You will receive a contract by email or fax granting you exclusive rights to the beat(s). Beats By Ced may no longer sell the beat/song. Beats By Ced Productions will receive 50% publishing royalty (if beat contains no samples) and 3% producer royalty from the sale of records, streams and digital downloads. You must give full credit to Ced Wynez or BEATS BY CED PRODUCTIONS on all commercial and non-commercial recordings credit ro Beats By Ced Productions regardless. BEATS BY CED PRODUCTIONS still own the masters to ALL beats. Presented contracts will be explain further details once beat is purchase. You also agree that you must record and distribute the beat/song within 2 years of the day of exclusive rights purchase. For more information please contact us.
